Hey everyone! Thanks for checking out this informational site about Brandon Sheley of Topeka, Kansas. This site serves as a central hub to collect information about the hypocrisy, scams, double standard that spews from Brandon Sheley. Mr. Sheley used to own vBulletinSetup but sold it due to scamming everyone there and having to get out of the business while it was still worth something. As you can see the site is now completely dead due to his actions against his own members there.

But before we go any further, some information about myself. I’m David, and I used to get a lot of work from vBulletinSetup. Brandon Sheley came to me asking if I’d like to take on all his extra work load since he was starting a new job and could no longer offer his services. I took advantage of that offer, and began offering my own work from the site. Soon after building a successful business there that was making 4 digits per month just from vBulletin services, I branched out to my own site and was about to take my clients with me. Or so I thought.

I created a thread in the market place that was within the forum rules advertising my new business. Brandon saw this and immediately became infuriated and deleted the post, and began his smear campaign against myself. Soon after this Brandon banned my account and made two fake users claiming that I took money but didn’t provide services. This couldn’t be further from the truth as anyone who ever paid a dime for anything from me got that service. If for some reason I wouldn’t have been able to deliver a service (such as extensive coding projects) any sort of money that was sent for them was always refunded 100% of the way and within 12 hours!

When confronted on these accusations against myself, Brandon offered no response or chance to explain as I tried reasoning with him about how I never dealt with these forum members. Brandon then proceeded to send out a mass e-mail to all members of the vBulletinSetup site, warning them of this faux claims he made up against me. Resulting in all my previous clients from his site, seeing it, becoming alarmed, and leading to countless hours of answering emails and support tickets from my site.

When members started to ask for proof, things started to get hairy for Brandon Sheley on vBulletinSetup. My account in its entirety was deleted, every trace of my existence there deleted. The two members who made the initial accusations were also gone, never to be seen or heard from again. Rather odd behavior don’t you think? Wouldn’t you want an archive of all that supposed information? Almost as fast as Brandon Sheley brought the storm, he wanted it gone as well. Deleting any trace of threads mentioning it, banning users who supported me, and asked for proof. To this very day no proof of what Brandon Sheley claims has been produced. Not one single screen shot from someone sending me money and not getting services in return or a refund. Not a single other person, than Brandon Sheley still clings to this claim. Even to this very day not a single person has come forward with any claims to backup Brandon Sheley.

Ultimately it was an attempt to gain my clients back to his pocket book. He had a child on the way, with a struggling artist wife out of work he couldn’t make ends meet. Had he came to me with the personal problems I would have gladly gave all the clients back to help him out as it was always just an additional income stream for myself. I considered Brandon an eFriend up until this, and now to this day he stalks me around webmaster communities and other on-line sites leaving reputation comments and visitor messages. This all happened in early 2009. It’s no mid-late 2010 and to this day his harassment and stalking continues. I was long prepared to let this domain expire and let another person buy it, however it’s just been renewed for another year based off his recent actions, heck it’s sat empty the last 8+ months with no content.

This site was created as a need to warn other webmaster and community owners to watch out for him. He’ll come off as cool, or a big macho Internet marketer, in reality he’s only there to use your community for back links, and spam your members. While doing a random search for his name numerous scams have been reported and appear scattered all over the Internet. This site will be a central hub for these complaints, to show Brandon Sheley, that he can’t get away with his spamming, and scamming.
